Allied Solutions, Bond Division has been a wonderful partner of ours for over five years in respect to our bond insurance. One of the areas we recognized as an immediate benefit was the level of technical expertise they had regarding bond coverage. Prior to our partnering with Allied it had been a long time passing before we had a bond insurance representative who really knew what they were talking about when it came to bond coverages. With Allied we found that we were able to get answers to our questions during our face to face meetings. It also is nice to get the same service and response when I call Allied for any questions.

We have also received individualized training which addresses needs specific to our credit union. The training we have received has helped our staff to better understand the growing risks we are facing. As a result, our staff is better equipped to minimize losses. It has become very clear to me that Allied treats us as a very important client. Although we saved premium dollars when we changed to Allied, we did not realize the degree of personal attention we would receive from them. I could not be happier with our relationship.

Allied Solutions, LLC is a company I have been doing business with for close to nine years. When reviewing our bond insurance program they take great pride in going through each of the insuring clauses and explaining what the coverages mean to our credit union. The education that I have received from Allied regarding my bond insurance has been unlike any overview that I received prior to my relationship with them. Over the last number of years I believe it has been difficult to find a partner who has a very high level of expertise in bond and is willing to take the time to give personal attention to smaller credit unions.

I am also pleased to say that the time and attention they have given us during the claim process is proof that they are dedicated to making sure claims are handled fairly. Like a lot of credit unions we initially changed to Allied because they saved us a great deal of money on the cost for our bond insurance, however, we have also received so much more.
