Allen joined Allied Solutions in 2004 after thirty-five years delivering products and services to financial institutions. His past experiences include: leading the St. Paul Insurance Companies (now St. Paul/Travelers) to a position of dominance in the financial services marketplace; Sr. Vice President and FINPRO Regional Coordinator of Marsh & McLennan's Central Region; Sr. Vice President of Northland Insurance Company's Commercial Brokerage Division; and Vice President in charge of CUNA Mutual Group's underwriting, claims and risk management support functions. Allen has spent the last five years focusing exclusively on credit unions, developing insurance products and risk management services to assist credit unions in managing their risks.

Allen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with majors in Economics and Speech and also holds Associate in Management and Associate in Risk Management designations. Allen has authored a number of insurance coverages for financial institutions and has been a featured speaker at a number of insurance and risk management related events including: the CUNA Mutual Groups Annual Discovery Conference; the American Bankers Association Annual Convention; the ICBA Annual Conference; and RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society) Convention.
